Our journey began in Argentina, where we ran a residential construction company for five years. After feeling called to serve as missionaries, we moved to the United States to follow God’s direction and share His love in new ways. While ministry is a big part of who we are, so is building, and we knew that passion didn’t have to stop.
Starting again here in Southwest Florida, we launched Black and White Construction with the same heart and dedication we’ve always had: to serve others through honest, quality work and to help families create spaces where memories can grow.
Construction isn’t just our profession, it’s something we genuinely love. There’s nothing like seeing someone’s vision take shape, step by step, from a dream to a foundation, to a home filled with life.

Can I choose my own contractors or suppliers?We generally prefer to work with our trusted network of contractors and suppliers who we’ve built long-standing relationships with, but we’re open to suggestions! If you have a specific contractor or supplier you’d like to work with, just let us know. We’ll discuss it with you and see how we can make it work without compromising quality or timelines.

That’s why we make it a point to be transparent with you from the beginning, so there are no surprises.
